Returns & Exchanges

Non-sale items
cannot be returned but can be exchanged within [7 days] from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unaltered. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set in order for us to process the exchange.

Exchange Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for any delivery costs when returning an item. Ishiz Studio reserves the right to reject items that are damaged or used, at our discretion.

International Orders:
No refunds or exchanges are offered for international orders unless the product is faulty or damaged during transit. Please carefully select your items, including sizing, color, and style, before placing your order.

Shipping Delays:
We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays may impact delivery times. If you experience significant delays, please contact the courier. We are not responsible for any delays, please contact the courier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, please contact the courier. In the event of damage (e.g., wet, burnt, or otherwise compromised packaging), report the issue to the courier upon receiving the parcel and contact us for further assistance within 24 hours of receiving your order.
